My Story
I have been wearing wigs for over 20 years. My journey began in my mid-30s when I started experiencing hair thinning on the top of my head. At first, I tried to conceal it, but the process became time-consuming and frustrating—often taking hours just to make my hair look presentable. Despite my efforts, I still felt self-conscious.
That’s when I began exploring alternative hair solutions, and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I was amazed by how realistic wigs had become. I still remember my very first wig—it wasn’t perfect, nor did it resemble my natural hair—but it gave me something I had been missing: confidence. I wore that wig every day for an entire year, and it completely changed how I felt about myself. Simply stepping out of the house with a full, beautiful head of hair made me feel renewed.
Over time, I discovered how fun and convenient wigs can be. I now enjoy experimenting with different styles and colors, and I love how easy it is to achieve a polished look in just minutes. Through years of personal experience, I’ve learned so much—and that knowledge inspired me to start my own online wig retail business.
Helping others regain their confidence is truly my passion. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing someone feel like themselves again.

While this journey is incredibly demanding, it is also deeply rewarding. Being able to make a positive impact and bring a smile to someone’s face makes it all worthwhile.

Most importantly, hair loss does not define you or limit your ability to live a full, confident life.
The realities of running a business aren’t talked about nearly enough—the long nights, the constant pressure, and the moments when you quietly ask yourself if it’s all worth it. I dedicate virtually all of my time to this business, and along the way, I’ve made significant personal sacrifices, including time with family, vacations, and much of my personal life.
There are days when breaks are rare, and nights are spent responding to emails to ensure I can stay caught up for the next day. With a growing community of over 34,000 customers and a high volume of daily inquiries, my work extends far beyond regular business hours. From coordinating orders with manufacturers and managing inventory, to maintaining financial records, processing returns, issuing refunds and store credits, and fulfilling shipments—this is truly a full-time commitment in every sense.
I share this not as a complaint, but as a reflection of how deeply I care about what I do and the people I serve. I have poured my heart into this business. At the same time, I am also a wife, a mother, and a person who experiences fatigue, emotions, and difficult days. I kindly ask that, when reaching out, you remember there is a real person on the other end doing her very best to provide exceptional service.
In addition to running the business, I am devoted to animal rescue. I currently care for many cats/kittens (30) at the moment, including several who require bottle feeding every few hours, as well as 25 feral cats for whom I’ve built shelters and provide daily care. This work is incredibly meaningful to me, and it is part of who I am.
This business has always been about our customers. Giving back has been a core value from the very beginning, which is why we host regular giveaways. A significant portion goes directly back to our community, while the remainder supports the care of the animals I rescue.
