Returns & Cancellations

We want you to be satisfied with your purchases. Creating lasting relationships with our customers is our #1 goal. Our items are returnable. We require that returned items and item packagings remain in their original factory condition.

Helpful Hints to make RETURN PROCESS SIMPLE & SMOOTH...

  • First, the item must be in brand new condition including the wig box and/or other packaging.

  • Second, the Wig Tags are factory attached. Leave them in place while you try on your new item.

  • Third, fibers can easily pick up odors including but not limited to food, perfume or smoke. Keep the item in its original box as much as possible.

  • Fourth, don’t alter the bangs, add spray, add gel or make other alterations until you are sure about your purchase.

  • Fifth, include your packing slip which includes all the information we will need to process your return.

  • Finally, take your time - up to 20 days. But remember, the item must be in Brand New Unworn Factory condition and must be returned in the CARDBOARD BOX exactly the way you received it.

  • If you mail it back to us in a padded mailer envelope it will NOT be accepted and could be returned back to you, because the wigs can get damaged through the shipping process if they are not in a box.
    A $12 restocking fee per item will be charged to cover inspection and other miscellaneous costs to ensure items are in perfect condition. We will issue a return shipping label to the email we have on file for you for you to return the item/items. We will deduct the cost of the Return Shipping label  plus the $12 restocking fee. Once we receive your return and it passes the return process you will be notified by email and we will issue you your credit in the form of a gift card. We DO NOT issue refunds, only store credit at this time.

    We want to make the return process as smooth as possible, so make sure items are in in factory condition otherwise we reserve the right to send the item back to you and charge you for the return shipping & handling as needed.

    Clearance Items
    Discontinued items
    Care Products
    Accessories (including hats with hair, headwear, clip-in bangs, ponytails, styling products, hair care products, canvas blockheads, tape, adhesive, etc.)
    Styling products (hot air brushes and flat irons, etc.)
    If your product is received back and determined ineligible for return, we will ship the item(s) back to you at our cost.

Before returning, send us an email to including your name, order number and reason for the return. We will reach back out to you within 1 to 2 days and send you the return instructions. We will send you the return label for you to print out. Once we receive your item/items and they go through the return process, you will be issued a gift card in the amount of your credit minus the $12 restocking fee and the cost of the shipping label. The gift card (credit) will be sent via email that we have on file. We do not give refunds, store credit only! 

If you return an item WITHOUT reaching out to us first and getting the approval & the return shipping label, then the item/items you returned we will think you were just wanting to donate those back and there will be no credit given & no return of the item/items. 

If you pay to have expedited shipping, and then decide to return, we will deduct the fee it cost to have it shipped, along with the $12 restocking fee and the return shipping label fee. We'll issue a gift card with your credit. 

If you don't want STORE CREDIT, we can issue a REFUND, we will deduct $44.95 of your total purchase price per each item returned, as well as the $12 restocking fee and return shipping label fee, because we're taking a loss on the item/items that you are returning.

Once an order is placed, we are unable to make any changes to the order. We process incoming orders very quickly. Once an order has been processed for shipping, even if you have not received a tracking number, we are unable to make any changes.
If the order has been processed but is not available for immediate shipping (items on backorder), we can accommodate changes to the backordered item(s). A notification is sent to the email on file within 2 to 5 business days of your order being placed with the estimated shipping date. You can choose a different style/color or we can issue you a refund. We are always happy to check stock for you at any time. Processing Time

Orders process Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Processing time is 1-3 business days. Once an order is processed, it will ship within 1-2 business days. Most orders (if in stock) will ship same day or following day. 

Shipping Policy

Shipping time does not include processing time, shipping time starts once the order has shipped. This includes expedited shipping options as well. Orders will ship directly from the manufacturer and should arrive within 3-6 business days, depending on your location from the manufacturer. Shipping is free on orders $150 and over. Orders under $150 are a $12 flat rate.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed and you have received an order confirmation, it is unable to be cancelled or changed until a backorder notice is received from the manufacturer. If a backorder notice is received from the manufacturer, the order can be changed or cancelled at that time and you will receive store credit or a refund that will be credited to the form of payment that you used at checkout.

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for items cancelled after an item has been ordered. This usually occurs after the manufacturer has pulled the item from their warehouse and boxed it up for shipping. If we can stop the order before that no fees will apply.
