We proudly offer free shipping on all orders $150 or more within the United States via USPS, UPS Ground, or FedEx SurePost. The shipping carrier and service selected may vary depending on your location and the manufacturer fulfilling your order.
Processing Time: Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing.
Estimated Delivery: Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 3–10 days, depending on your location.
Please Note: Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it is outside of our control. While we do our best to ensure orders are processed and shipped promptly, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL
For international orders, the shipping, taxes, and duties can be seen at checkout before completing your order. The costs that you see at checkout are the total costs that will be incurred for your purchase. There will be no additional fees or bills for customs, taxes, duties etc after you complete your purchase.
We ship internationally with UPS and DHL, but the specific services available depend on your location.
International orders take 2-7 days to arrive at our international shipping warehouse prior to shipping out to you. As soon as your package is on its way to you, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you don't see an email, please make sure to check your spam & promotions folder.

Open Box Wigs and most Haircare products have the fastest processing and shipping times. Orders placed by 2:00 pm EST on a weekday usually ship the same day, and otherwise ship the next business day.
All orders under $150.00 shipping within the USA are shipped via USPS | UPS Ground | Fedex Sure Post (shipping type depending on customer location and manufacturer). Orders under $150.00 incur a flat rate of $12.00 shipping charge.

On any product we offer two types of payments. When buying a product users have the option to pay in full at checkout or make payments with ShopPay & PayPal.
