POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE — COMPLAINED ABOUT SMELL-

The wig is very nice but it smells to high heaven. I have written you twice trying to return/exchange it due to the unwearable odor. PLEASE get back to me. Bryn by Envy - see my email complaint and please solve my problem.
