Small wig

It’s a pretty wig but overall it was so small very tight. My measurement is 23 I don’t have a large head! So I’m confused why this wig was so small. I also didn’t get a packing slip.

Whenever I order a wig, I get notified promptly of the status of it being shipped. Unfortunately I pick popular styles that are sometimes not available but when it a piece has been available it arrived within a few days. Traci always replies promptly when contacted and changes my order if possible. I love how she also continually gives back to her customers with so many giveaways!
