    Not A AVERAGE its 21.5

    I bought this wig on clearance, but it didnt fit, contacted Traci, the owner and she said send it back since it was on Clearance she will make an exception, i sent it back , not realizing I had cut the tag, said it smelled like perfume & SENT IT BACK.. Not a credit back, Nothing !!!!!!!! sooooooooo I iwll be stuck with a wig thats Too small, & cannot wear.. Leasoned Learn.. why is an Average a size 21.5 with the extenders open..? So if you have a bigger head your Screwed right? But Yet she said its a average.. Bad Business ethics.. ! Not use them Ever again...
