I am so new to wearing a wig I was hesitant to purchase this & with the support of Traci I went ahead and bought it. OMG it is Low density so pretty. I did cut bangs on it as I have worn bangs most of my life. I got it in snow mix as I am growing my own hair out gray & it is thinning out.

I’m extremely disappointed with the order. I had to pre-order the item. And upon delivery the color was not right. The day I received the item I immediately reached out to the company to return the product which was $360.91 only to be told the item is not returnable. I’m very sorry I ordered this product and truly wasted my money. Very disappointed.
This is my second Kristen. She is a great put on and go wig. Very comfy and the style is a cute bob. She is a regular synthetic- not heat friendly.
